In the next few days, we'll be getting a new feature for ease of user contact.
Instead of having to click a few buttons, we will add a direct "Start Conversation" option to the user's message block (the square block with your info on the side of your threads).
Now, here is where we want your input to make sure that the majority prefer the change.
The change can be done in 4 ways...but let's start with the button itself.
1 ) At the bottom of the block, you will see a 'Start Conversation' button.
Example:
2 ) Beside the screen-name of the user, you will see a little envelope.
Example:
Now, the other two options are what HAPPENS when you click either of the two options above.
1 ) When your taken to a PM, the title of their thread will automatically fill the subject.
2 ) The subject remains blank.
