Orlo in the wild.
Plot. I can be both a world builder, or a fly by the seat of my character's pants type of player, it depends on the flow of the story, the subject, the mood, what I had for lunch.. Quality over quantity. I already have a job, this is my escape, so I try to keep it easy and fun.

Characters. Normally I let the plot idea form the character. My original characters are tailored for the roleplay and developed as the story unfolds. On occasion, it's a character idea that creates a plot, but not often. Pairings and their interactions are what fuels the plot so I offer very little in the form of the traditional character profile. Yes, I will provide the specifics in the characters background as it initially ties into the plot, a description, maybe an image if I'm feeling it, will be offered. Nothing more than what your character would probably notice upon first meeting them. Characters that already know each other do require more details, but this is not my first choice when searching for a game. Multiple characters? Yes please. I can handle multiple relationships or just one either is good with me.

Posting. I normally post about once or twice a week. Maybe more, but this is all I can officially promise. Setting realistic expectations is a priority in such a partnership. On average I post three or four paragraphs, with my opening post often bordering on a novella status. At the very very least one paragraph, but only if the plot is moving fast. It is safe to say, the longer it takes for me to reply, the longer my post would likely be.

Erotica. You just skipped all that to read this part didn't you? Cute. Honestly speaking, I can go with or without it, detailed or not, but I am not interested in roleplay without a deep connection between our characters. That connection can be born of hatred, love, lust, adoration, platonic, familial, erotic... it can start with a bang, or be a slow burn, either way, I strongly crave a deep connection however it comes about. That said, I push to be as detailed as my partner and the plot demands. You want a smut fest, sure, I can serve that up for you, but please know, a smut fest can have a deep plot. The ones I am a part of will at least. We can eat cake, but let's not forget the rest of the meal. TLDR; Yes I do smut, detailed, fade to black, first post or slow burn, let's get it, but there will be a damn plot.

Collaboration. A partner to build a story with. That's what I am looking for and strive to be, should you want me to party with you. My plot ideas will eventually be posted here, if not already. They are the beginnings or half the story, normally presented in my character's point of view, if I have already formed one. I expect my partner to bring the rest of the tale from their point of view and mix the plot until we get what we want. One person doing all the work is not a collaboration, nor is it a true game.

Orlo's preferences.
Genre. I will play any genre except modern-realistic-way too plain- slice of life. I am here to avoid anything too realistic. The exception to my exception, is if it has some extreme element... murder mystery, spy thriller, drama, cheating, an interesting kink, gangs etc. Favorite genres are horror, fantasy, and supernatural, but I do I love them all. Original worlds and characters. Movies, tv, anime etc, characters don't inspire me. I could maybe use the setting, but even that is uncomfortable, stifling, intimidating even. Sure I'm over thinking it, but I don't care for it.

Pairings. I will play anything, as long as the plot is interesting. No exceptions, though it depends on the mood and what I'm currently craving. My favorite type of pairing is extreme opposites. Enemies to lovers/pals, age gap, size gap, demons and angels, any type where they are on opposite ends of a spectrum and are brought together..willingly or not.

Kinks. Mmm. Orlo is only bound by the rules of this site, that really is the limit to my kinks (mostly...), so bring it, you may need to leash, collar and gag me, though... I'll do almost anything or at least try it. Let's get dirty, clean it up and do it again and again. It can be evil, sadistic, maybe a little gross. It may be the most revolting, base, act known to man (within site rules only!), let's do it, but pave the path, carve the hole to this sick descent with purpose and meticulously crafted character motivation. I enjoy the art of creating such a character or plot, but not the act in itself. What choices and external influence pushes a character down such a dark twisted path... fascinates me more than it should I suppose. But, again, give me a damn plot or it's a hard no to any of the extreme kinks. Don't get me wrong, I don't thrive on the darker side of fiction, just not opposed to playing there sometimes. I'll be your trash can, but give me fluff too.

Gender. I play as any gender, everything between around, under and above. I welcome my partner to come at me with any gender. I have a soft spot for the rare 'futa type' that pass as males at first, masculine males with vaginas, androgyny, or no sexual anatomy at all. Fluidity. Variety. Yes. Know that I am not dissuaded by what gender channel your art flows through. I'm here for fiction, not to validate or deny your DNA

Work in progress plots.

I put a lot of brain into that title. MxF for this.
I'm thinking multiple characters as well. My female character's best friend, or uncle or some shit, is probably a cop. Some crime drama, supernatural soup, and probably a slow burn too.

Guardians of the spirit world are few and far between. The magnitude of their power has made up for their small numbers, but in the past century, attack after attack has reduced the number to a few pairs on each continent. To make matters worse, the rites have been forgotten with time, laws of balance meticulously erased little by little by corrupting the memories and disrupting the line of succession. The death or separation of each pair, is akin to missing puzzle pieces, the history stolen by those who seek to enslave mankind. Few know of the bond between shaman, the Seer and the Slayer. Even less know the value of a carefully crafted Book of Names. Those who are aware have grown weary, endless fighting of a war invisible to the very humans that benefit. The great ones have fallen, the mighty have hidden themselves away.

Adila Nabih or Eddie, as her handful of friends call her, is your least likely candidate for most likely to succeed. She failed at that a long time go. Being that she is not truly human has less to do with it than her lack of motivation to interact with anyone or do anything outside of her selfish desires and filling her veins with a hit of whatever she can get her hands on. Distractions from real life. Drugs quiet the raging thoughts, alcohol, true to it's affectionate nickname, pulls her to a spiritual plain just beyond reality. Far enough away from the dark realms where monsters play and souls are torn asunder. It isn't enough to quiet her demons, but it is a crutch she stubbornly refuses to let go of for the time being. The only person that keeps her from letting go of it all, is her brother, Thomas Nabih.

Fraternal twins, but as different as night and day, Thomas talks to his sister daily. As a victims advocate and psychologist, and more importantly her womb mate, Thomas is aware Eddie loves hearing his voice, needs to hear it, but is saddened by the fact she rarely meets him face to face. Video calls don't fill the void and he would not ask more from her knowing the sight of his wheelchair agitates her. They don't talk about the attack. Ever. With time, Thomas was able to deal with it the best he could. Guilt from a hazy memory of that night stops him every time the counselor in him wants to draw it out of Eddie and start a healing process. Every effort to make Eddie feel better is met with weeks of silence on his sister's part. Thomas is well aware it was not an unfortunate domestic crime, nor a random home invasion. They were hunted, stalked and an attempt to kill their entire family was nearly successful, had Eddie not driven the demon out of the 'attacker' that night. From that experience, and one or two occasions his line of work led into his path, Thomas is aware of the supernatural world, but does not have the 'third eye' to navigate it like Eddie can.

When a family is attacked by a violent criminal, the lone survivor becomes Tom's newest patient. The sessions go nowhere for a while, the patient putting up 'tough guy' walls, blocking every attempt, until the similarities of the attack lead Tom to introduce him to his sister to help him open up more. To help them both open up more, but the chain of events was not what he expected. It took a great deal of persuasion and down right begging for his sister to agree to meet. The instant connection felt by both parties was terrifying, though Eddie knew exactly what it was. She had found her Slayer.
MxF/ supernatural, horror, psychological, drug addiction, erotic, romance

Possible for this MxF to be angsty, crime, blackmail, drama, with age gap. Older woman (40ish) employee and the CEO's son(25ish). Nice. But I also like the idea of the male being a vampire. She is a thief still, but finds out he is a vampire in the most horrifying way. Thoughts? I must have age gap for this either way. Could be a new young vampire. read on for my half baked idea.

Did you really think no one would find out?

Staring at the one line in the email was not magically changing the words. This was impossible. No one could have known. Shayla shifted in her chair, and glanced over the monitor at the doorway. A coworker walked by in a rush, but didn't pop his head in the door on his way out as she thought he might. Looked like a mad rush to get home. it was late. Good. She was not in the right state of mind for idle chitchat.

One click and the message was gone. Another two clicks and her entire trash was cleared. IT would probably fuss at her for 'taking it upon herself' but she quickly did some much need maintenance on her computer to be sure the message was gone. Not five seconds after she cleared it, another message popped up. Same sender, 'Domain', but this time in chat.

You need me.

Shit.
Repeating her actions the message was gone, but afterwards she locked her computer and stood abruptly. Normally she was last to leave ad the silence was comforting after the long day. Staying so late it was a running joke for her to get locked in and have the alarm go off on her. Tonight was different. The empty water bottle to her right caught her eye and she snatched up. Break room, rest room, maybe skip the last five accounts and go home...

Shayla was an honest person. It was a one time thing. The money was there, unattached, had been for two years. A mistake in accounting that she thought no one noticed but her. That money was long gone. Replacing the furnace in her house, the infusion treatment for her son, bills bills and more bills, it was for good reason. He was back in college and doing great. She wasn't a criminal, not a career criminal.. not really... it was just this one time.

Her wandering took her to the copy room to grab a refill on sticky notes, the break room to fill her water bottle. She even took the time to pop into other offices and empty the trash bins, anything to clear her head and calm her nerves. It proved to be the wrong choice...
MxF/ blackmail, romance, erotic, romance, age gap, horror?, violence?, vampires?

Second Chance In a World Gone Mad
It was all about the money. The judicial system got kick backs on criminals, doctors profited from the terminal ill the filthy rich wanted a similitude of immortality. They got more than they bargained for, much more, but at what price.

Fast forward to the year 2525 and the cryopod scam had turned the planet into a hell hole. Some woke from their sustain sleeping pods with extra abilities, super humans, an unintentional bonus from the process. Others were pure nightmares, hideous unpredictable mutants bent on destroying everything in their path due to the constant pain of their poisoned DNA.
Where do we go from here?
Any gender pairing. Multiple characters, sci-fi, survival, adventure, romance?, horror?
